A wee bit About Me
A Saggitarian actor & artist, I take pride in my problem solving skills and ambitious attitude on life. I am the recipient of Best Overall Actor from the New England Talent Showcase, featured on talk shows like The Moving Spotlight and The Urban Heat, and will be attending the New Hampshire Friendship Chorus tour to South Africa on a prestigious scholarship this Summer. Alongside my theatrical work with productions, devising workshops for students and content creation, I enjoy traveling and expanding my cultural knowledge. Some of my recent adventures are as follows: San Diego, Portugal, Rome, and the Greater North East!
My first year post grad has been a wonderful journey of self discovery. While much of it has focused on my work as an actor, I've found the time to discover what brings me joy on my off hours! I am an adept Tarot Card reader, a practice that informs my spiritual and astrological lifestyle. The deck I frequent is 'The Tarot of the Divine' by Yoshi Yoshitani; inspired by deities, folklore, and fairy tales from around the world. If you are interested in a free reading or are curious to learn more about spirituality, it would be a pleausre to discuss more with you!
Hobbies & Happy Happenings
When I'm not acting or teaching, I work in the service industry as a barista. I have 4 years (and counting) of experience on bar and love being able to chat one-on-one with a customer: I call myself a bartender at 6am! A dream I have is to open a café that hires local artists, then is used as a rehearsal space in the off hours. My first job at 15 was at a small business ice cream store called Yellow Brick Road, where we weren't allowed to play anything other than the 1939 Wizard of Oz... Awesome? Yes. Can I recite almost the whole film? Also yes. Being drawn to service has taught me a considerable amount about troubleshooting, teamwork and time management skills.
Little ol' Me
I was born in a small beach town called Brick Township (yes, it was actually called Brick) in Ocean County, New Jersey. From an early age as a Jersey Shore Native, I loved dancing on my chipped white dining room table, singing 'Part Of Your World' to anyone who might listen, and establishing an innate kinship with Peter Pan!
Me and my friends would frequent Jenkinson's boardwalk, play manhunt in the dusk of summer, and ride our bikes to get fresh bagels and coffees before a beach sunrise. Childhood at the shore is something I cherish, living in a tourist town was a great way to meet new people, and appreciate all facets of an environment that thrives in the sunshine.
Early Education
I attended Elementary and Middle School in the Ocean County area, and attended highschool at the Ocean County Vocational Technical School: Performing Arts Academy. Focus on Vocal performance, while acting and dancing in annual semester showcases! I have 12+ years of Musical Theater experience through both GED Training and Community Theater.
I was the President of our schools International Thespian Society (ITS) Troupe, a member of National Honor Society, and received best overall vocalist at my Senior superlative awards ceremony at OCVTS PAA. I also volunteered 13 years at the Ashley Lauren Foundation Theater Ensemble (ALFTE); a non-profit organization that supports pediatric cancer funds for children and their families.
